Brazil nuts native species of the high forests in the Amazon and it can only be found in significant concentrations in Peru, Bolivia and Brazil. It contains good quantities of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, also they are a good source of vitamin-e, and this vitamin is a powerful lipid soluble antioxidant.
